Who are the training courses suitable for?
Our offerings are aimed at veterinarians, veterinary technicians, trainees, and veterinary medicine students. Please note the respective target group in the seminar descriptions.
What types of training are available?
We offer both online training courses and in-person seminars nationwide. The online training courses take place via Zoom.
Will I receive a certificate of participation?
Yes, after each event, you will receive a qualified certificate of participation with the ATF/AG-TFA hours by email.
Are the training courses officially recognized?
For most training courses, recognition is applied for and ATF hours or AG-TFA hours are awarded. The number of hours can be found in the respective description.
How much do the training courses cost?
Some webinars are free of charge. Paid training courses are marked accordingly. You will find all details regarding costs in the respective description.
How do I register for the training courses?
Registration takes place directly via our website. After successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of all the details.
Can I register at short notice?
Registration is possible as long as it is open. If registration is already closed, please contact us by email.
What if I am unable to attend at short notice?
We kindly ask you to notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend an event. Please note the terms and conditions of participation and cancellation.
Are there recordings of the webinars?
In our webinars, we place great importance on interactive exchange. Recordings of some webinars are available on request and for a limited time.
Invoice and participation fee
Are these gross or net prices?
Prices are quoted net, as our offer is aimed at practices and specialist staff who are entitled to deduct input tax, and VAT is shown separately.
How can I pay for the training courses?
You will receive an invoice a few days after booking, payable no later than three weeks before the start of the event. For last-minute bookings, the amount is due immediately. Payment on site is not possible.
Can I change the billing address?
Please check the billing address provided in your registration confirmation. If it is incorrect or needs to be changed, please contact us by email.
Recognition in Austria and Switzerland
Are the training courses also recognized in Switzerland?
ATF-approved continuing education courses are recognized by the GST. Please upload your certificate of attendance directly to your online continuing education account.
Are the training courses also recognized in Austria?
ATF-approved training courses are recognized by the ÖTK. You can submit an application via the ÖTK's online service and upload your confirmation of participation and the training program.
Are the training courses also recognized for TPAs?
Our training courses recognized by AG-TFA are recognized by GST for TPAs. Certificates of attendance must be kept by the TPAs themselves.
