Workshop Session 3 (Afternoon)
Today, the success of a veterinary practice no longer depends solely on professional expertise. Equally important is how teams work together, how leadership is practiced, and how the practice succeeds in attracting, developing, and retaining employees over the long term. This is precisely where this conference comes in.
The focus is on the personnel and organizational factors that have a lasting impact on day-to-day practice operations: effective communication, confident leadership, a credible corporate culture, effective recruiting, and practical structures. Participants receive concrete guidance on how to strengthen their practice as an employer, improve team processes, and permanently embed best practices into their daily routines.
Three workshops explore the topic from different perspectives and combine strategic considerations with practical approaches that can be implemented immediately.
The workshop is designed for veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and practice managers—as well as anyone interested in human resources management in veterinary practices.
Workshops
Over the course of three workshop sessions, participants will attend all of the workshops offered. After each session, they will move on to the next one, allowing them to explore and delve deeper into the material in small groups together with the facilitators
