• Pain: physiological principles, recognition, and treatment
• Case studies based on specific patient situations
• Monitoring and complications: Identifying deviations and assigning tasks within the team
• Inhalation and injection anesthesia: indications and considerations in everyday clinical practice

Practical day

• Working with the anesthesia machine: setup, safety checks, and manual ventilation
• Intubation: Procedure, typical difficulties, and team procedures
• Local anesthesia procedures for daily use
• Resuscitation (CPR) in the operating room
