The continuing education format "Anesthesia Basics for Veterinarians" is aimed at veterinarians in small animal practices and clinics who want to refresh, structure, or deepen their knowledge of anesthesia. The in-person seminar helps participants assess anesthesiological situations, recognize complications early on, and manage them safely.
Webinar series: Anesthesia Basics for Veterinarians from July 20 to August 5, 2026
The webinar seriesAnesthesia Basics for Veterinariansprovides systematically structured basic knowledge that supports confident decision-making before, during, and after anesthesia. The aim is to structure anesthesiological procedures in a comprehensible way, deepen understanding of interrelationships, and create confidence in the use of equipment, materials, and medications.
The in-person seminar builds on the webinar series and offers an in-depth examination of key anesthesiological issues. The aim is to further consolidate theoretical principles and systematically transfer them to the clinical context. In addition to deepening relevant pathophysiological relationships, the focus is particularly on a structured approach to anesthesiological challenges.
Note: With basic knowledge of anesthesia, the weekend course can also be booked without the webinar series.
