The Anesthesia and Emergency Care Weekend for Veterinary Technicians offers comprehensive training in anesthesia, monitoring, and emergency management for small animals. Led by instructor Tina Schäfer, participants will gain practical knowledge they can immediately apply in their daily practice—ranging from the safe use of relevant equipment and the interpretation of key parameters to taking structured action in critical situations.
The three-day program combines theory with hands-on exercises: Friday focuses on equipment handling and monitoring, followed on Saturday by resuscitation, intubation, and practical case discussions. Sunday is dedicated to ventilation and common emergencies in small animal surgery.
This seminar is designed for veterinary technicians and career changers who wish to gain greater confidence in anesthesia and emergency management.
