This practice-oriented workshop provides veterinary assistants with important basic knowledge for surgical assistance in small animal practices. The focus is on the relevant anatomical structures, the preparation and care of wounds, basic skin suture techniques, and the safe handling and care of surgical instruments.
Using clear examples, practical exercises, and lots of tips from everyday practice, participants learn what is important when it comes to skin suturing, wound care, changing dressings, and material care.
Theory in the morning – hands-on practical workshops in the afternoon
